Tonsil Stones

A lump of calcified material in the tonsils, the fleshy pads at the back of the throat. The cause is unknown but oral bacteria may contribute to their formation. Symptoms may include a sensation of something stuck in the throat, bad breath, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, and ear pain.
